KICKBOXING - BASIC

TRIALS WELCOME | BEGINNER LEVEL

This class offers a comprehensive introduction to the core elements of kickboxing, focusing on fundamental techniques, footwork, and defensive maneuvers. Its slower pace and emphasis on striking form makes it great for those just starting out in their martial arts training.

KICKBOXING - REGULAR

INTERMEDIATE LEVEL & ABOVE

Transition seamlessly to the intermediate kickboxing class, perfect for individuals with a bit more striking experience. Building on foundational elements from the Basic class, this class intensifies physical training, incorporates advanced combinations, and introduces partner sparring drills.

KICKBOXING - PADWORK / FITNESS

INTERMEDIATE LEVEL & ABOVE

This class works on the highest level of physical conditioning, or “fight conditioning”, minus the pain associated with sparring. Based on our Sensei’s time as a National Athlete, expect to challenge yourself with kickboxing combinations on the bags/pads, as well as strength and cardio drills that target the whole body.

KARATE - JUNIOR BELT

Designed for individuals with little or no prior experience, and/or those seeking to strengthen their Karate fundamentals, our Junior Belt class is the perfect starting point. You’ll learn different forms of striking, kicks, and blocks, seamlessly integrating them into movement drills, block counter drills, and Katas (patterns).

Building on the foundational skills acquired in the Junior Belt program, this next level introduces more advanced Katas and sophisticated sparring drills. Designed to challenge and refine your abilities, the Karate Regular class offers a progressive path for members committed to advancing their martial arts skills.

ORANGE BELTS & ABOVE

Designed for more seasoned practitioners, this class emphasises comprehensive physical conditioning, dynamic pad drills, and intensive sparring throughout the session. It offers a challenging yet rewarding experience for individuals dedicated to pushing their boundaries, and those training for the competition route.

KRAV MAGA

Krav Maga is a self defense system employed by military and law enforcement around the world (including Singapore) due to its effectiveness. Classes are designed around real-world scenarios, ensuring you acquire practical skills—like disarming an attacker wielding a knife—after each session.

BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU - GI

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) concentrates on ground fighting, using different grappling and takedown techniques in order to force the opponent into submission, including lapel grabs and defences.  Our Instructor is certified under Checkmat, one of the most well-respected BJJ organisations and competition teams in the world.

BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU - NO GI

The unpleasant reality is that many confrontations can and will end up on the ground – the attacker may surprise you from behind and pin you down, or you might be caught in a brawl that lands on the floor. No Gi classes are more street-fight oriented, teaching you the skills you need in such close contact ground situations.

WRESTLING

TRIALS WELCOME | 10 YEARS OLD & ABOVE

Catering to both youths and adults, our wrestling program offers a foundation in grappling, agility, and endurance. Classes are led by Coach Aaron, a multiple-time National Champion, who incorporates gymnastics, partner drills, and live sparring for a full-body 90-minute workout that enhances fitness and mental toughness.

YOGA

TRIALS WELCOME | ALL LEVELS

In this program, basic poses, breath work, and alignment form the foundation for a strong, sustainable practice. A blend of Hatha, Yin, and Vinyasa, the pace is slow but highly effective in opening up the body, enhancing flexibility, mobility, and strength — a perfect recovery class for martial arts training.

KARATE - KIDS

Tailored for young learners, our program teaches fundamental karate techniques, discipline, and character development in a fun yet challenging environment. Children participate in a range of exercises, including physical conditioning, movement drills (Katas), pad/mitt training, and partner drills.

KRAV MAGA - KIDS

Our Krav Maga Kids program uses games to break down techniques and explain self defense principles, equipping children to handle bullying and stranger danger situations. Rest assured our instructors are well trained in providing a safe learning environment for your children, as well as a good dose of fun!

KRAV MAGA - YOUTHS

This "middle child” program provides a disciplined approach beyond the Krav Maga - Kids class while maintaining an age-appropriate intensity, seamlessly bridging the gap between playful learning and focused training. It's the ideal blend for young learners transitioning to more structured martial arts training.

KRAV MAGA - TEENS

TRIALS WELCOME | 12 TO 17 YEARS OLD

Our Krav Maga curriculum for Teens is similar to the Adults program, but with a focus on teen bullying. Classes teach realistic conflict resolution ranging from softer approaches, like verbal de-escalation, to more aggressive skills, such as sparring. Group drills foster discipline, responsibility, and mutual respect.
